Adding task status and unique job name

Added

• task_status is now accepted on PUT /tasks/{id}. Send
  "task_status": false to deactivate a single task.
  Send true to reactivate. Previously the field was returned in
  responses but ignored in requests.

Changed

• Job names must now be unique within a company on
  POST /jobs, POST /jobs/bulk, and
  PUT /jobs/{id}. A collision returns 422 with
  "The name has already been taken."
  Only active, non-deleted jobs count, so deactivating a job frees its
  name for reuse.
